Tyvek® 500 ANTI-SLIP BOOT

Knee-length overboot designed for comprehensive protection in hazardous environments. Available in white and in one versatile size, this boot cover features an elasticated top with fixation ties and stitched internal seams for a secure and comfortable fit. The slip-retardant sole ensures enhanced stability on various surfaces, making it ideal for challenging work conditions.

Specially engineered for use with Tyvek® apparel, these boot covers offer extended protection for body parts more exposed to hazardous substances. Tyvek® garments and accessories are crafted from flash-spun high-density polyethylene, providing an exceptional balance of protection, durability, and comfort. The material is permeable to both air and water vapour, yet effectively repels water-based liquids and aerosols. It also offers an excellent barrier against fine particles and fibres down to 1 micron in size, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. Additionally, the boot covers are ultra-low-linting and antistatically treated, with no added silicone, ensuring they meet stringent safety and performance standards.

The Tyvek® 500 Boot Cover is perfect for use in pharmaceutical handling, chemical protection, lead and asbestos abatement, general maintenance, spray painting, and general clean-up, among many other applications. These covers are certified according to Regulation (EU) 2016/425 as partial body chemical protective clothing, Category III, Type PB [6-B]. They also comply with EN 14126 for barriers to infective agents and feature antistatic treatment on both sides (EN 1149-1).
