Delivery & Returns

Our website only supplies the UK currently. Customers from abroad can submit a Quotation Request by selecting the option at the bottom of the product page.

Delivery Schedule 
It is our aim to send all stock orders within 1-2 working days and all non-stock items within 10 working days. In the unlikely event of supply difficulties, the customer will have the option to change their order to an alternative style or cancel the order. If the customer wishes to cancel the order a full refund will then be made within 10 working days.  Safety Plus will not be held responsible for any cost or liability incurred by you as a result of a specific product not being available at a specific time. 
                                
Carriage 

 
Carriage (UK Only) 
All products are sent either by our own transport, Royal Mail, Yodel or DPD. Our customers are always welcome to collect to avoid any carriage charge that may otherwise be applied to the order. We are happy to discuss delivery arrangements and costs but as a general rule charges are as follows:

Mainland UK
Our normal carriage charge is £7.95 + VAT. Some of our products, chemicals & bubble wrap for example, are particulary heavy and/or bulky. Checkout for these items is disabled unless you select the collection or local delivery options (where available). Please contact us for a delivery price if these options are not available to you.

Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland
Our normal carriage charge is £17.00 + VAT
Some of our products, rock salt and corrugated cardboard rolls for example, are particulary heavy and/or bulky and are subject to a surcharge based on quantity and volume/weight which will show in your basket before you go to the checkout.

Returns Policy  
Prior to returning your goods you must obtain an authorisation number from our returns department as confirmation of acceptance by Safety Plus.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of purchase. We will then credit your account to the value of the goods. The carriage costs incurred when originally sending the goods to you are, however, not refundable. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods at their cost. 
Please note a 10% administration fee will be charged and deducted from the total refund if goods are returned and a refund requested rather than an exchange. 

Safety Plus will not accept responsibility for loss of any product being returned by the customer. We recommend you use Royal Mail recorded delivery as you are then guaranteed a signature. If you do not choose to use recorded delivery then it is imperative that you obtain a free certificate of postage which should be kept in a safe place as this will be required if any return parcels go astray. 
The goods must be returned in their original packaging in an unused/unworn condition. 
The above does not affect your statutory rights. Our Terms & Conditions are subject to English Law & Courts.
