The PG54 Endurance Glowtex Helmet is an advanced industrial safety helmet designed to deliver reliable head protection, enhanced visibility, and electrical safety in demanding work environments. Manufactured with a durable ABS shell, the helmet incorporates a special photo-luminescent additive that absorbs light in well-lit environments and releases a visible glow effect in dark or low-light conditions. This unique safety feature enhances worker visibility and identification during nighttime operations, power outages, confined space work, and emergency situations.

Its unvented shell design makes the PG54 suitable for electrical applications where insulation protection is required. Certified to EN 50365 standards, the helmet provides electrical insulation up to 1000Vac or 1500Vdc, delivering dependable protection for low-voltage industrial and utility work. It also offers electrical properties tested at 440Vac and lateral deformation protection for additional structural safety.

The integrated 6-point textile suspension harness evenly distributes weight across the head to improve comfort, stability, and wearer safety during prolonged use. Combined with the wheel ratchet adjustment system, the helmet provides quick and precise fit customization for head sizes between 56–63cm.

A 4-point chin strap is included to help keep the helmet securely positioned during movement, climbing, and active work tasks. The lightweight ergonomic design enhances comfort while reducing fatigue during long shifts.

The PG54 is also compatible with a range of additional PPE accessories including PW47 and PS47 clip-on ear muffs, HV Extreme ear defenders, and the PS58 visor holder, allowing users to customize protection according to workplace requirements.
