Designed for all-day wear, the garment features adjustable elasticated shoulder straps fitted with soft-touch rubber buckles, allowing a secure and personalised fit while reducing pressure on the shoulders. An elasticated back panel improves flexibility and creates a closer, more comfortable fit during active work, while the raised back provides additional protection from rain, wind, and cold.
