The Leo Workwear WINSFORD Hi-Vis Orange/Navy Stretch Work Trousers are premium high-visibility work trousers designed to deliver exceptional flexibility, durability, and sustainable performance for professionals working in demanding environments. Manufactured from an innovative blend of 70% Stretch EcoViz® recycled polyester and 30% Sorona® plant-based polymer, these trousers combine environmentally responsible materials with advanced stretch technology to provide outstanding comfort throughout the working day.

Made from a lightweight yet highly durable 215gsm stretch fabric, the WINSFORD trousers provide unrestricted freedom of movement while maintaining the durability required for daily industrial use. Certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 1 and fully RIS-3279-TOM compliant for the rail industry, the high visibility orange with navy contrast panels offers excellent visibility and a professional appearance, making these trousers ideal for rail, highways, construction, utilities, engineering, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and maintenance applications.

The advanced stretch fabric works seamlessly with heat applied segmented chevron reflective tape, providing maximum flexibility while improving breathability. The segmented reflective tape moves naturally with the wearer, ensuring comfort during bending, climbing, kneeling, lifting, and other physically demanding tasks.

Sustainability is integrated throughout the garment. The trousers feature EcoViz® recycled polyester, Sorona® plant-based polymer, GRS certified yarns, recycled labelling and branding, a YKK® recycled PET Natulon zip, and a YKK® mono-material button, designed for easier removal during garment recycling.

Designed with a modern ergonomic fit, the trousers feature a part-elasticated waistband that provides outstanding comfort during long working shifts. An integrated D-ring tethering point allows convenient attachment of ID cards, radios, keys, or work accessories, while 7 reinforced belt loops accommodate work belts and tool belts.

Storage is provided through deep reinforced cargo pockets with ergonomic shaping, Velcro® fastened flaps, and reflective tipping, allowing secure organisation of tools and work essentials. An internal knee pad pocket accommodates compatible knee pads, improving comfort during kneeling work.

Certified to 50 wash cycles, the WINSFORD trousers maintain their visibility, durability, and professional appearance even after repeated industrial laundering.
