The Leo Workwear WINSFORD Hi-Vis Orange Stretch Work Trousers are premium lightweight high-visibility work trousers designed for professionals who require exceptional flexibility, durability, and sustainable performance. Manufactured from an advanced blend of 70% Stretch EcoViz® recycled polyester and 30% Sorona® plant-based polymer, these trousers combine innovative stretch technology with environmentally responsible materials to deliver outstanding comfort throughout the working day.

Constructed from a durable yet lightweight 215gsm stretch fabric, the WINSFORD trousers provide unrestricted movement while maintaining excellent durability for demanding workplaces. Certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 1, the high visibility orange colour enhances wearer visibility, making these trousers ideal for construction, highways, utilities, logistics, warehousing, engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, and industrial environments.

The advanced stretch fabric works together with heat applied segmented chevron reflective tape to maximise flexibility while improving breathability. The segmented tape moves naturally with the wearer, reducing restriction during bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting.

Sustainability is at the core of the WINSFORD design. The trousers are manufactured using EcoViz® recycled polyester, Sorona® plant-based polymer, GRS certified yarns, recycled branding, a YKK® recycled PET Natulon zip, and a YKK® mono-material button, which can be removed during recycling to support circular garment production.

Designed with a modern ergonomic fit, the trousers feature a part-elasticated waistband that provides excellent comfort throughout long working shifts. An integrated D-ring tethering point allows secure attachment of ID cards, keys, radios, or small work tools, while 7 reinforced belt loops accommodate work belts and tool belts.

Practical storage includes deep reinforced cargo pockets with ergonomic shaping, Velcro® fastened flaps, and reflective tipping, providing secure storage for tools and essential equipment. An internal knee pad pocket allows compatible knee pads to be inserted for additional comfort during kneeling tasks.

Built to withstand demanding daily use, the WINSFORD trousers are certified to 50 wash cycles, ensuring long-lasting performance while maintaining their shape, visibility, and professional appearance.
