Constructed from GRS-certified 80% recycled polyester, the overtrousers feature a durable 3-layer tricot laminate fabric that provides reliable windproof and waterproof protection. Designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, the fabric helps keep the wearer dry and comfortable throughout the working day while supporting environmentally responsible manufacturing.

For enhanced durability in high-wear areas, the garment incorporates Cordura® re/cor™ RPET 600D reinforcement panels at the knees and hems. Made from 100% recycled polyester, these robust panels provide excellent abrasion resistance and help extend garment life in demanding workplace environments.

Visibility is improved through 5cm heat-applied segmented reflective tape positioned around the thighs and lower legs. This segmented reflective design enhances flexibility and wearer comfort while ensuring excellent visibility in low-light and hazardous conditions. Additional reflective trim detailing around the hip pockets further increases visibility.

Designed with practicality in mind, the overtrousers feature two waterproof zipped side pockets and two spacious bellowed cargo pockets, providing secure storage for essential tools, equipment, and personal items. Waterproof zips are used throughout the garment to maintain protection against rain and moisture.

The elasticated waistband with internal drawcord adjustment provides a secure and comfortable fit, while lower leg zips allow the trousers to be easily pulled on and removed over work boots, making them ideal for rapidly changing weather conditions.

Sustainability remains a key focus throughout the design, with GRS-certified recycled polyester sewing thread, recycled TPU zip pulls and pocket tabs, and recycled branding used across the garment.
