Sterostrip Wound Closures by Steroplast are the strongest and most reliable wound closures on the market, designed to hold skin together while a wound heals naturally. Ideal for treating knife cuts, deep wounds, and minor cuts or lacerations.
These sterile wound closure strips act as a non-surgical suture and are used to close and treat open wounds without needing stitches. Their ‘butterfly’ stitch design holds broken skin together, preventing wounds from reopening and minimising the risk of infection. The nylon strengthening fibres run the length of each suture, improving their strength, and preventing them from snapping under the stress of normal body movements.
