Tychem® 2000 C COVERALL

Available in bright yellow for enhanced visibility and a range of sizes from SM to 5X, this coverall features an elasticated face, wrists, waist, and ankles for a secure fit, with thumb loops to prevent sleeves from riding up. The self-adhesive chin flap ensures a tight seal with face masks, offering comprehensive protection.

Constructed from a lightweight yet durable fabric (weighing less than 450g per garment), the Tychem® 2000 C coverall combines the strength of Tyvek® with a polymeric barrier coating. This provides an excellent permeation barrier against a wide range of inorganic chemicals and biological hazards, even under pressure. Ideal for use in industries such as pulp and paper manufacturing, food processing, chemical processing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing, this coverall is engineered to meet the highest standards of safety.

Certified according to Regulation (EU) 2016/425, the Tychem® 2000 C coverall meets the stringent requirements of Chemical Protective Clothing, Category III, Types 3-B, 4-B, 5-B, and 6-B. It also complies with EN 14126 for barriers to infective agents and EN 1073-2 for protection against radioactive contamination. The coverall is treated with an antistatic coating (EN 1149-5) on the inside to further enhance safety.

For added protection, the coverall features stitched and over-taped seams with barrier tape, as well as a self-adhesive double zipper flap closure system, ensuring a higher level of defense against hazardous substances.
