Premium hooded coverall designed to deliver exceptional protection, comfort, and durability in demanding environments. Available in white and in sizes SM to 3X, with additional blue and green options, this coverall is robust yet lightweight, weighing less than 180g per garment.

Key features of the Tyvek® 500 Xpert include a 3-piece hood that ensures an optimal fit around the head and face, even during movement, as well as elasticated face, wrists, ankles, and glued-in waist elastic to enhance comfort and protection. The ample crotch area allows for greater freedom of movement, and the large, easy-to-grasp zipper puller makes donning and doffing straightforward.

Crafted from flash-spun high-density polyethylene, Tyvek® garments strike an ideal balance of protection, durability, and comfort. The material is both air and moisture vapour permeable, while effectively repelling water-based liquids and aerosols. It offers an excellent barrier against fine particles and fibres down to 1 micron in size, is ultra-low-linting, and is treated to be antistatic with no added silicon.

The Tyvek® 500 Xpert is suitable for a wide range of applications, including pharmaceutical handling, chemical processing, the oil and gas industry, general maintenance, operations, and automatic spray painting. It is also ideal for use in GMP class C/D (ISO Class 6-9) clean rooms.

Certified according to Regulation (EU) 2016/425, this garment meets the highest safety standards for chemical protective clothing, Category III, Type 5-B and 6-B. It also complies with EN 14126 for barriers to infective agents and EN 1073-2 for protection against radioactive contamination. The coverall is treated with antistatic properties on both sides (EN 1149-5) and features stitched external seams for added durability.
